the room was modern and clean! spacious room and a nice balcony. the location was ok. i needed about 15 min to go to the nearest metro.
it was very noisy in the morning, the doors are not insulated and i could hear everything that was happening in the lobby and on the corridor. the mattress in the bed was too soft and my back hurt the whole next day.

the staff was helpful. breakfast included greek snacks. the underground line was a short walk away.
The air conditioning was difficult to regulate. intermittent cracking sounds came from the living room ceiling vent. the light switches were confusing. I never understood what switch controlled which light even after multiple nights.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room had a spacious balcony facing the street. Breakfast provided a nice start to my day with varied options. I especially liked that the hotel is near many restaurants.
The room doors were not properly soundproofed. I heard noise from the lobby early each morning. This woke me up despite wearing earplugs.
